Melissa was the biggest help when buying our first home! She is very responsive to all questions we had and knowledgable about the whole home buying process. With how competitive the market was this year she kept pushing us to keep looking and even when we became frustrated with multiple offers not being accepted. Melissa and her entire team was such a joy to work with and she should be your go to if you are buying or selling a home!

Melissa was fantastic! She was flexible and organized, doing everything possible to find the right home for me, even though we were essentially working remotely!

I contacted Melissa, about selling my home and had agreed on a listing price. I had several showings within the first week and I believe within 8 days of listing it sold. Melissa helped us find our first home in 1999 as a newly married couple. That house has served us well over 20 years and it has now come time to move to a larger house. We contacted Melissa again and she quickly helped us get pre-qualified and found our next great home! She was great through the whole process and easy to get a hold of with questions. We are about to close in a couple weeks and we have been extremely pleased through the whole process. I would use her and Coldwell Banker again in a heart beat!
