About Melissa McCoy

As a residential real estate expert, I bring over 20 years of experience to the table when helping families find their dream home as their REALTOR®. In addition to my geographical focus of Berks, Lancaster and Chester counties, I utilize Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty’s national network to help my clients relocate anywhere.

Besides residential sales, I have extensive experience with new home community builders. To me, it is exciting to help a client find a floor plan that fits their lifestyle and financial needs. I work to take the stress out of the process so they can just sit back, relax and watch their dream home come to life as it is built. 

Creating a smooth transaction and guaranteeing a good experience for my clients is important to me, so I make it a priority to be there with you throughout the entirety of the buying and selling process to take care of any arising situation. I am often described as a caring person and very detail-oriented. These characteristics help me to manage every aspect of your real estate transaction so you can focus on the most important part; finding your dream home.

My experience and attentive personality drew me to my current role as the Director of Career Development for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, helping new agents perform at their highest potential.

Aside from my role as a REALTOR® and member of the Career Development Team, I enjoy going to the beach and listening to country music. My husband and I are currently empty-nesters, aside from our Golden Retrievers, Molly and Miller. Our daughter currently lives in Wilmington, DE and our son resides in Boston. My husband and I have been in Mohnton for over 25 years and call it our home.
